What does the 14-day arrival guarantee cover?
If your tree shows signs of shipping stress or damage within 14 days of arrival, we'll work with you to resolve it — whether that's troubleshooting guidance, a care adjustment, or a replacement. Just send a photo through the app.
Can I try Care+ before committing?
Yes. After your first purchase, you'll receive a free 7-day preview of Care+ features — reminders, setup checklist, and a photo-diagnosis. If it's helpful, subscribe to keep it going.
What happens if I cancel Care+ or Care+ Plus?
You keep your care guides and any past diagnosis reports. Reminders and active monitoring will stop at the end of your billing period. You can re-subscribe anytime.
How does the photo-diagnosis work?
Snap a photo of your tree through the app and describe what you're seeing — yellowing leaves, spots, leaf drop, etc. Our team reviews it and responds with a targeted care recommendation, usually within 24 hours.
Is corporate gifting available for smaller orders?
The Corporate Gifting plan is designed for recurring bulk orders with a dedicated concierge. For one-time group gifts (3+ trees), just add them to your cart and apply gift wrap — no subscription needed.
